Assets Tab in Client Edit: Full Visibility Into Client Balances

When managing clients in Wifox Core Banking, it’s not enough to just store personal details — you also need clear visibility into their financial assets. That’s where the Assets tab in the Client Edit view comes in.
It provides a real-time overview of every wallet, balance, or position linked to an individual client.
The Assets tab helps teams track both fiat and crypto holdings, ensuring every account is reconciled and linked properly.
Whether you’re verifying balances during onboarding or auditing existing clients, the tab consolidates all asset data in one clean, structured view.
Each record includes:
Asset type – Fiat, crypto, or tokenized balance
Currency and amount – e.g. USD, EUR, BTC
Linked account ID – The source account holding the asset
Status – Active or inactive
Created / Updated date – Full tracking of when each entry was added or changed
Access to this tab depends on user permissions.
To make it visible for specific roles:
Go to Roles → Edit Role.
Expand the Clients section.
Check Assets → View (and Edit, if modifications are needed).
Click Save.
Once enabled, the Assets tab automatically appears inside the Client Edit window.
This saves time during onboarding and guarantees complete financial traceability.
Depending on permissions, users can:
View detailed balances and currency allocations
Adjust asset statuses or link to new accounts
Export asset data for reconciliation or audit purposes
The result is a complete, transparent view of each client’s financial footprint, accessible directly from the CRM.
