Integrations Module: Telephony for Seamless Client Calls

Client communication is one of the most important parts of business operations. With the Telephony Integration in Wifox Core Banking, teams can now make outbound calls to clients directly from the Clients module — no external dialers, no switching between systems.

 

The integration supports leading providers such as CommPeak, making every call faster, traceable, and fully integrated into your workflow.

 

How It Works

 

Once your telephony integration is active, authorized employees can initiate a call with a single click.

Each employee is assigned their own CommPeak number, allowing direct and secure connection to clients.

 

To set up:

 

  1. Go to Integrations MS → Integrations.

  2. Find the CommPeak card and click the ✏️ Edit icon.

  3. In the Employees section, assign users and their corresponding CommPeak numbers.

  4. Click the + button to save each mapping.

  5. When finished, click Save at the bottom of the drawer.

The system now knows which users are linked to which phone lines — ensuring calls are routed correctly.

 

Role Permissions

 

Before employees can make calls, they must have the proper role permissions.

 

Go to Roles Edit RoleClients section and enable the checkbox Call.
Then click Save to apply the change. 

 

Without this permission, the Call button won’t appear in the Clients module.

 

Making a Call

 

Once permissions are in place:

 

  1. Open the Clients module.

  2. Search for and select the client you wish to contact.

  3. Click Actions → Call.

  4. Confirm CommPeak as your provider.

  5. Click Call to start.

A SIP call will begin instantly, connecting you with the client’s registered phone number.

 

Notes & Best Practices

 

  • Each employee must have a valid CommPeak number mapped before calling.

  • All calls are automatically logged under the client’s Actions tab, maintaining full communication history.

  • Always verify permissions when onboarding new team members to ensure proper access.
