Managing clients and daily activities efficiently requires quick access to the right information. That’s why Fast Filters in WBCS Core Banking were designed—to let you instantly locate, segment, and analyze records without opening extra windows or running complex reports.

 

Whether you’re reviewing client onboarding or tracking sales calls, Fast Filters help you see exactly what matters in seconds.

 

Fast Filters for Clients

 

The Clients module supports both Personal and Business client lists with a built-in Fast Filters panel located just above the table.

It combines instant search and structured filters, so you can drill down from a global list to the exact segment you need.

 

How it works:

 

Type a keyword—email, name, or phone number—into the Search field for quick results.

Use dropdown filters to refine your view by:

  • Country – find clients by location.

  • Manager – show clients assigned to a specific employee.

  • Verification level/status – display only verified, pending, or rejected users.

  • Created date / Last login – select a date range to analyze onboarding or activity trends.

Click Apply to update your view or Drop filters to reset.

Save recurring setups using Create view for one-click reuse.

Want to review all unverified clients onboarded this week?
Set “Verification Status → Unverified” and “Created Date → This week.”
Your list updates instantly—no exports, no waiting.

 

Fast Filters for Actions

 

The Actions module records all client interactions—calls, notes, meetings, or comments.
Fast Filters help you manage these efficiently by narrowing results by time, type, or responsibility.

 

How it works:

 

Locate the Fast Filters bar above the table.

Use:

  • Search field – look up keywords, client names, or IDs.

  • Created date / Action date – filter by when the action was logged or performed.

  • Type / Subtype – focus on Notes, Calls, or specific subcategories like Follow-Up Call or Internal Note.

  • Creator / Responsible – see actions by the user who created or owns them.

  • Client – restrict to one or more clients.

Click Apply to refresh, or Drop filters to clear all.

Save a Create view for frequently used filters.

Example:


To find all “Demo Calls” created by Alice last month for Client X:
Set “Type → Call,” “Subtype → Demo Call,” “Creator → Alice,” “Client → Client X,” and choose the desired date range.
Your filtered list appears instantly.
