Coordinating team schedules just got easier. With the latest update, each employee profile in Wifox Core Banking now includes a built-in Calendar tab, letting you manage personal details and schedule events from one place.

 

No more switching between tools — everything you need to track meetings, shifts, or time off is right inside the Employee form.

 

Dual Tabs for Smarter Team Management

 

When you open any employee record, you’ll now see two tabs at the top:

• General – for editing profile details like name, email, desk, and role 
• Calendar – for viewing, creating, and editing that employee’s events
  
  

By default, the form opens on General. Simply click Calendar to switch to the scheduling view.

 

How to Navigate the Calendar

 

The new calendar interface is designed for flexibility and speed:

• Date Navigation – Use the ‹ › arrows to move backward or forward, or click Today to return to the current date.

•  View Modes – Switch between Month, Week, or Day views depending on how much detail you need.
  

• Date Range Indicator – Always know where you are in time (e.g., “May 10–16 2025”).
  
  

Creating a New Event

 

To schedule a meeting, shift, or day off:

• Go to Employees → Edit (✏️) next to the team member’s name.
  

• Select the Calendar tab.
  

• Click + Create event.
  

• Enter the title, date/time, and description, then click Save.
  
  

Your new event instantly appears in the calendar, visible to anyone with the appropriate permissions.

 

Viewing or Editing Existing Events

 

Click any event block to open its details.
The header clearly displays the Client name and exact time range (e.g., “Acme Corp • 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM”).

You can:

• Adjust the date, time, or description, then Save.
  

• Delete the event using the 🗑️ icon if it’s no longer needed.
  

Once finished, switch back to the General tab to edit profile fields or permissions — no separate modules required.
